2. Where to Send Your Notice
Please send DMCA notices to us via our Contact Us page with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” We will review complete notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may, at our discretion, disable or restrict access for users who repeatedly post infringing content.
